Today I stopped by the booth that Ball Watches has at Oshkosh. I must say that they have some great lines and I was especially impressed with their "Skin Diver" on a unique rice-type bracelet. The watch is a 300 Omega look-alike. From the way this fellow Steve was talking, he was either Ball's owner or ran the events, but he was the boss. I don't know if these qualify as "inexpensive" but they're quite affordable.
Give them a look.

I like some of their models.
True, like Hamilton, they are just a revived name and they have nothing in common with the historical company, but some of their watches are not bad at all.
They have a dress watch I sort of like as well.

They were receptive to my corrections after saying they were making watches for over 90 years. All in all, great value and good people.
