Hint 1: Two people on WWF other than me know I am getting this watch. Ian is one of them. Hint 2: "Double Round" profiled bezel Hint 3: Strap attaches to case with screwed pins On it's way by Fedex, it should be here tomorrow! I should get it at work, then take some pics. Carl

Congratulations, but there's no way I'd guess with those hints before tomorrow Hint 4: Last October, I attended a watchmaker event at the Omega Boutique. The movement that I got to disassemble and assemble, was an ETA 6498 Manual Winding movement. The same movement is in the watch I'm getting, but it's not an Omega.

Okay carl, my guess: Archer Stratos or Sterling BINGO!!! Archer Sterling. I have had my eyes on a watch with a marine dial for years. Only since about a year ago, I found out that Al Archer makes a beautiful one. Probably the best of the lot, with all the extra work he puts into it. Since then, I made up my mind to get one. I love to support local private small business, and also the fact he is an esteemed member of WWF makes the watch even more special to me. I happened to email him the other day, with a question about the watch. He mentioned he had one made, a client of his had backed out. I figured that one has my name on it! So excited to see it in person tomorrow. Will do a big thread. www.archerwatches.ca/sterling.htmlCheers, Carl
