Roger, thank you so much. I just saw it in high definition, simply wonderful. I love the rotor, has to be the most beautiful out there.

Nice watches, folks! Here's a better movement shot for you ianmedium... Roger, wow! That's an amazing Audemars Piguet watch you have! Then again, anything they make truly is. Regarding the rotor, is it 22k gold like some of the Ulysse Nardin ones? Either way, the hand engravings are out of this world. Now I see why you were willing to part with the Sea-Dweller.

Yeah, it is 22kt. Heck I wish I could wear it with the caseback outside sometimes to see the movement more.

Haha don't worry, if I had a watch with such a lovely movement I would consider the same!

Drhr, I have not heard of that make before, it is beautiful! Roger, I never ever tire of seeing that AP, could you do a close up of the movement please? Thx katgirl! Hentschel is a smallish german manufacturer, puts out some quality stuff, has his own in-house movement now, big in Japan I hear.

Thanks, Ian. It really is beautifully done, and is made more special by the historic military issue number engraved on the case side. As I'm sure most here know, Stowa was one of four original suppliers of the flieger to the German Luftwaffe. The others were Wempe, Laco, and IWC. Nice, Stowa does great things at a price point that is hard to beat, much like Nomos . . .

That's a really nice watch Ranuka. I've tried that model on several times. How long do you think you'll keep it? Keeper:) Even with our sh*tty exchange rate I bought this. Will have to hold on to this until the dollar rebound
