You know, I do have to say once again with this seller, contact him first. Browsing this morning I saw a Rolex that I liked a great deal from this time last year.ni asked him about it back then and he said it had been sold. Must admit that I would have thought he would have removed it by now! I actually did contact him about 4 days ago, with a question regarding the gold piece with the "Calatrava" type case. Still haven't had any response. As you said, I think it's pretty much a one-man show. I can't begin to imagine how time-consuming it must be searching for all of these rare, mint condition treasures! Before I launch into any of these gorgeous vintage pieces, however, I have to be absolutely certain that a vintage is what I really want. And indeed whether I will give it the respect, the care, and the wrist time that it deserves. Add to that, what I learned from that website has given me an even greater appreciation of my '63 Seamaster. Doing more research on it just reinforced that everything on the watch is indeed original and untouched. Except, of course, the Omega strap and clasp, and I know that a proper tang buckle from that period can be sourced if need be. I suppose that I am at a very happy spot at the moment, with the three that I have. As impulsive as I am, I realize that otherwise I would have another watch already with the money I got from the sale of my two Cartier pieces. However, that doesn't dampen the pleasure of the continuous search!
