No, I actually don't care for that one..... 2 register chronos don't resonate with me. Also, they are 44.25mm. Carl, you will be the one who figures this out, though. Carl, that one would be me. I LOVED it IRL when I saw it.

I LOVED it IRL when I saw it. I should have said I don't like it for ME! My 1957 reissue is perfect. It's the same size as the Pro, has a ridiculously accurate coaxial movement, and excellent design characteristics. I love everything about it. Also, my 57 came equipped with a regular Speedy bracelet, whereas the more expensive models with gold in them came with the updated bracelet. Now I can use the updated bracelet for both. It turns out it's difficult to get just the new bracelet. They are back ordered. While my solution to losing my Speedy bracelets may seem foolish to some, it works for me. I can easily get another regular Speedy bracelet, and then someone will benefit from my loss. My Speedy is only 7 months old, and it does have boxes and docs, so it is the optimum time to flip it.

katgirlI am sure you will love it. I know it's a small thing, but the newer bracelet is really, really nice. Just a bit more bulk to it than the previous one. Matter of fact, it seems like the entire watch has just a slightly higher level of finishing to it. The brushing on the bracelet is the finest I have seen as well. I feel that the mistake I made selling my first one has turned out to be a bonus. And you will love the NATO as well. The steel keepers on it are an exclusive to the Speedy, at least the black NATO. Congratulations. Very happy for you!

I might pick up a second 18 mm deployant buckle, since I have several aftermarket leather/croc straps made specifically for Omega. I will search for a gently preowned one, as Omega's price is ridiculous.

Hi Carl,
Just wanted to confirm that the only difference between the new reference and the old one is the bracelet design and the box it comes in. The head of the watch is exactly the same - same part number for the case, dial, hands, etc.
Cheers, Al
