For anyone who wants to really clean the bracelet, there's nothing that does the job like a proper ultrasonic cleaning tank. They have come down in price so you can get one fairly cheap these days ($150 or so) and removing the bracelet and putting it in a tank with some water and cleaner (I use Mr. Clean diluted in water and it does a pretty good job) will show you just how dirty the bracelet really is.
Any surface spray or cleaning under a tap with a toothbrush isn't going to get at the grime inside the links. I've put bracelets in the tank that looked perfectly clean, and was amazed what came out of them with a few minutes in the ultrasonic machine...

Great thread! That Jubilee looks amazing, well worth the money and time. They are not only beautiful, but really expensive as well.
