The BLNR looks great! I still don't know how Robb keeps his watches so perfect Robb and Chip keep their watches immaculate! It looks awesome Roger! Great pics. The BLNR and Exp make a great combo. Just get both Robb the enabler working it We have to! We are flippers. đ

Loving the BLNR Roger! Having seen both with and without PCLs, I would have to say that they work well in this case, better than the brushed.
Seems that it often doesn't depend upon whether the watch is dressy or sporty. My GS 42mm No Date with the blue dial is really quite dressy, yet they did it with the brushed bracelet and it looks just great. Opposite of what one might think. Seems to be no hard and fast rule.
For some reason, the Triplock WR system impresses me on this watch, over the Twinlock.

Tough choice Roger. I'm leaning towards the ExpII. Love the design and heritage on that one and it just oozes old school sports watch to me.

Pretty much a 1 year wait - longest ever for me.
Now I just need to decide on strap / bracelet options. Getting a super jubilee is proving to be difficult.

Cheers Carl Thank you Carl. I am very much enjoying (PCLs and all) and even my wife thinks it's nice looking. I had to look back at this thread to see the timeline on when I decided to put in the order and it was just over 1 year - seemed MUCH longer!

I had to read the thread closely and really pay attention to the dates, and the transition point from borrowing Robb's watch, to when you actually received the piece. I got an email that the thread was updated, and when I first looked at it I thought the discussion was still about Robb's watch. I was surprised and delighted when I realized it was actually your watch now!!

I was surprised and delighted when I realized it was actually your watch now!! Yeah, Chip and Peter asked me how long I had been waiting and I wasnât sure but just knew it had been a long time. I thought I might have started a thread saying I had placed my order, but I knew for sure that it was right after I had borrowed Robbâs watch. When I found the thread and Robbâs comment about getting both the ExpII and BLNR, I laughed inside and said âhe was rightâ so I decided to use this thread as a psuedo âincomingâ thread.

Wow! Congratulations Roger. I was confused on the updated post also. At first I thought you had bought Robbâs watch but I finally figured it out.
