Kept this one secret too until it went through. I just got back from a wonderful get together with carl (well his doppelganger) and it was great! Took my GMT off for him to see and it was the first time he saw one, was a wonderful thing to witness. He has quite the collection with Breitling, Omega's, Cartier's, and more frugals. It's hard to consider Citizens frugal now since new a lot of the good ones are well over $1,000 in regards to MSRP. Manufacturers warranty until 2021 It's great because he clearly takes amazing care of his watches. He was wearing his Blake Seamaster and it was indeed a nice transaction, far beyond what I expected! I needed something in my collection that I didn't have to get a winder for or worry about battery changes for the most part. The Submariner is still my next big purchase but until then, I'll enjoy the heck out of this! For $300 it doesn't get much better! He paid over $800 CAD for it new in 2016.

Wow! That is quite a watch, always had an interest in the Citizen Eco-Drive. Will be very interesting to hear your experiences with this piece as time goes by. Getting to know the watch and all it's functions will be an experience. And, an inexpensive one! Congratulations, Rommel. Carl

Thanks, Carl! He was glad to see it got a good home. Was also a bit sad to part with it.
In regards to learning the features, LOL, I've got my hands full. I'll focus on YouTube videos to help me.

Congrats Rommel. It looks like it has a myriad of functions/formulas in that bezel. Enjoy!

Thanks, Mark!!! Yeah, I'm pretty overwhelmed lol. I watched videos before getting it and they broke it all down very well. Now that I can actually try it out on one while watching should make it pretty simple.

Congratulations, Rommel! I have a soft spot for Citizen watches, so I'm really excited to see this one!

I always have too, Shawn. The first watches I bought after cheap Timex ones were a couple of Citizen Quartz Chronograph watches in high school. Saved up, and got them. They were very nice and perfect for me then. One of them had some issues with the movement killing the batteries really fast (within months) so I took it back to the service centre in person (it's close by where I live) and they fixed it under warranty. Although I want a Seiko SKX007, I really don't want too many automatic watches without a proper winder to fit them all.
