I kinda like the silver dial with the blue rubber strap.

Thanks Carl. Great pics usual. I like that one also, as you say dresses up or down, although my dressing up days are becoming few and far between. Definitely have to see both IRL. I think if I did buy I would get it on a bracelet though. I could always order the rubber strap later. One thing that perplexes me is the 38 and 41 are the same price. You’d think the 38 would be a couple of hundred cheaper as it has the different movement.

You’d think the 38 would be a couple of hundred cheaper as it has the different movement. Funny, I asked the same question of Jorge. He did not know the answer either. We both assumed just because they are designated "Master Chronometer". Although that still doesn't make much sense. The smaller movement having one less complication, ie no GMT hand function. It's kind of like the Rolex Explorer I vs Oyster Perpetual 39mm. They share the same 39mm case, and same bracelet with EasyLink. Only difference is the dials, and the hands. The difference is a grand, with the Explorer I being the more expensive. Marketing, I guess. Because it's called "Explorer" people think it's tougher or something, but all the specs are the same. I would like to have seen the 38mm model on a bracelet as well. Maybe they will have one next time.

muckymark I can see why you've got an interest in this one. Those Aqua Terra watches are very nice, suitable for any occasion, and able to handle just about everything. Having something considered more dressy that can manage this is a win-win.
