Hey....y'all know I like Omega, too. I've whittled my collection down to 2 Rolex & 2 Omega (plus the vintage) so I'm an equal opportunity watch collector.

Hey....y'all know I like Omega, too. I've whittled my collection down to 2 Rolex & 2 Omega (plus the vintage) so I'm an equal opportunity watch collector. I have nothing really against Rolex, simply other brands have more "apeal" to my personnal tastes , and fully reconize the quality of Rolex products The only thing I do not like about Rolex , is a certain "image" and unsolicited comments on my watch like "it is a fake ?" or "whoa it's a Rolex" ... I prefer by far less noticable watches I am neither a collector to say that Rolex is THAT supperior to other brands and franckly think that Omega quality is totally comparable I must all reconize that Rolex keep an excellent value on the second market which is an advantage when you want to sold them I had a sub and the dweller in my collection , they had really a few wrist time and as I bought both a long time ago, it was a really good financial move to sell them without any regrets I am probably in a phase of my collection where the very well known brand names are less important than other factors (as technical interest of the movements) and I am not sure I'll come back to Rolex one day ... but who knows cheers JM

This is my last watch for a long time. May 2005, all I owned was the SMP Ti and the vintage Seamaster. Since then I added the AT Chrono, the PO and the Speedy.
All that cause of the dang watch forums that openly promote watch "polygamy"

It really is a beautiful watch... I got to hold it only a few hours after he got it. Pristine Condition.
