When I get home I'm going to log into my computer and search for one and see if I can get one. this is the site you want for all your Swatch needs. Everything from 1983 until today, from 50 dollars to 6000 dollars, and from tiny models to wall clocks. www.squiggly.com/us/en/swatchI bought from them before and they are great.

I am now wearing my frugals as I don't seem to have any upmarket ones left! Reason is I am buying another house and finances are a bit tight, plus my wife will not renege on her cruising, so I have booked for another circumnavigation of New Zealand ( 14days) and the balance needs to be paid soon. I have a few frugals (5) which I will not be flipping, even for a bottle of good red. Seiko Red Monster Citizen Nighthawk H3 P6600 G-Shock GD-100 G-Shock 5300E which is this one. G-Shocks are the king of beaters IMO. Attachments:

My entire collection, all under $500 except one. $512 is my most expensive watch. I have one for $440 and the rest I believe is under $250-$300 a piece. Geez, where should I even begin? Lol!

Good day everyone! It's Frugal Friday and here is my first entry for this thread, a dive watch I'm sporting today. I ordered this watch late summer direct from Orient USA during their "back2school" sale event. $270 delivered and arrived in 3 days.
Orient USA Mako II
Here is what one can get for that entry price... Sapphire crystal Solid SS bracelet and end links In-house movement automatic with hacking and hand-wind, 40 hrs PR. Screw-down crown and 200m WR Drilled lug holes Great lume
I love the versatility of this piece...
and of course the nice bracelet it came with.
A very nice casual everyday watch that's suitable for the great outdoors as well.
I love the value this watch offers! Highly recommended ~v~

I know we all love high end watches, yet many of us own frugals (or beaters, or whatever you want to call them) too. I don't know that I've ever seen a "State of the Frugals" thread so I thought I'd start one. 1) How many do you own? 2) Show us a photo of your collection of frugals (bad camera phone photos like mine are okay too!) LOL - I have none of these left! Now the frugal look like this.

Sorry that my first entry went over the $250 limit by $20. Here is another entry that is definitely a legit sub $250 watch.
Vostok Amphibia
This watch originally came looking like this...
I then replaced the bezel and the bracelet and now looks like this. A simple 20 min amateur level DIY project. Even with the modifications, this watch is an easy sub $130 piece in total expenditure. A legit frugal dive watch!
I've also used other straps for it and has been a wonderful addition to my frugal collection. It's a tough watch and has proven itself to be a very good timekeeper. It's a very capable all around watch. It's good looking enough for work and definitely tough enough for play as well...
Lume shot... ~v~

akabw - CHIP changesd the dollar value on us to a more appropriate $500 after I set up the poll (Post [HASH]2) so it'a all good - plus we aren't to hard and fast on rules around here!

Dang it CHIP - I forgot my Sistem51 too! I’d include the apple too, but since it was 800 bucks it didn’t technically make the cut.
