I like it but I'm thinking of selling it already for me it's just a bit too fragile. The look is hard to beat but it is kind of form over function. You can't be the vintage look but it's just not practical for everyday use.

Send it to Michael Young in HK and he'll restore it for about 130 US bucks. I've had two done. Good work. Can be a daily wearer then.

My Exp II does not have a flip lock and i was a bit worried too initially, but it has not popped open once in 6 years of ownership.
That was just my experience, but I would not worry too much bud!

If you say so, but it looks pretty slack to me. They were built light and they are secure if the pins and links are intact. No worries re no flip-lock at all. The links need new or restored pins, that's all.

Looks like he has a web site now. www.classicwatchparts.com/index.php?c=2&p=bandOne thing I've heard is you can't be in a hurry and sometimes his communication sucks, but his work is outstanding from what I've read.

Hey Steve - did you contact him for a price? What did you decide to do? No,I haven't got hold of him yet, not quite sure what I'm going to do. I kind of like the 93150 so I may just sell it, not sure Roger.

I bought a dial from Micheal Young.
Great work refinishing a dial but does take about 6 weeks.
I assume the bracelet would be the same wait as he has a log of incoming work.

Yeah, but I have to find out if I want to keep it, right now it's put away till I can make a decision. I'm kinda partial to the 93150 and the fact that it feels more substantial.
