This just got better, 6636 is a 20mm bracelet and the ELs are 75 and I am guessing they are trimmed, no worries though, this is a diamond in the rough, 20mm 6636s are like hen's teeth; bought the watch but the bracelet is actually better, go figure.

While I have no clue what any of those numbers mean, I like the look of the watch. It's the quintessential, timeless Rolex dress watch design and it will always be cool.
Congrats on the new acquisition bud!

Thanks Chip, numbers are all about price and desirability with these pieces, and this one had the right digits. It's has one of the most reliable movements ever made by Rolex, the 1210 manual, the workhorse of the fleet. Plenty of parts available and will run forever.

Very nice, Steve. Reminds me of the one I gave to my son, the Saxophonist. I can't remember the numbers, but it's from 1958, all original dial, hands, etc, and a beautiful correct bracelet. He gets more compliments on that watch than I do on all of my modern andvintage pieces put together. Congrats!

Thanks Kat, normally that's what happens, nobody has ever said anything about my 5513 and honestly I prefer it that way, they fly under the radar because trace been copied so much nobody pays any attention to them. It's might be a keeper but really I may flip it if I can, I got a good deal on it and the bracelet is very rare as well, dunno, we'll see; thanks again.

Congratulations, Steve! I can't wait for it to arrive so you can share some more pictures of this great piece. The old style Rolexes are something else.

Thanks, it should be here early next week, I'm stoked, and if the bracelet is what I think it is then I'll be even happier. I bought it to wear but when I found out how valuable 6636 bracelets could be it ended up more as an investment. I ultimately want a 5512 ad maybe this just might help me afford one.
