Newly hatched baby Killdeer in my front yard. I'm not sure when they hatched but I see him every morning running around when I leave for work. This evening I saw them going underneath their mother to go to sleep for the night so I went inside the house and I grabbed my camera E1 with a 70-300m and my battery nearly empty. I ended up shooting around 50 images because it was so dark these were the best I came up with.
