That is a good looking watch. The large white / lumed hands help the time be more visible, which always seems to be a problem with skeleton watches, but I still wish they had outlines the hands in a bright color to make them stand out from the movement more - maybe that blue accent color from the dial.

Wow! Beautiful but so expensive. The name plate at 6:00 - either do away with it put one at 12:00 to match.

I really like their watches and I have a friend that bought one from timeless, the one that comes on the awesome blue horn back. Other than the price, I always worry about small companies with in house movements. What do I do down the road If the company doesn't make it? Other than that... I really like Armin watches.

Yeah they aren't cheap!
I think the one my friend has was 12k msrp.

Very modern looking skeleton with a LE of 100 pieces. I like it, but for five figures, I'm expecting platinum/WG not SS.

They do have options in rose gold, but yeah, on this one, most of the price is in that awesome movement. Their "cheapest" watch is 10k, far from cheap, but it's a very cool watch still. Actually, two of my favorites are their cheapest (the Manual and the Gravity).

I'm still trying to decide on whether I am bothered by their trademark design feature, that hump at 6.

That's really the one thing that troubles me about them. I can handle the off centered dial, or the lip, but both throw me off because it almost highlights the fact that it's off centered.

I just read another review on worn and wound.
That reviewer said that the lip/tongue is there so the owner can personalise the watch and perhaps add their initials.

Yes, the lip was originally designed for the owner's initials. But people don't often customize watches these days, I've noticed, I suspect because most contemporary watch collectors tend to flip. The thing about Armin is that they're a very movement-centric company--as far as I can tell they actually only make one case right now, just in different materials and finishes, despite making maybe a dozen unique movements.

That's true. One case only.
