Well done.

Looks fantastic on your wrist! May you enjoy it for many years to come!
Purolator did us proud! They picked it up here at work yesterday at 4:14pm and you had it at your place by 10am this morning. I was concerned that it got to you in good, running order.
Cheers, Carl

Wow, reading this just gave me the chills! Beautiful gesture carl and congrats Rommel. That Seamaster is a classic beauty and looks great on you. The gator strap with deployant clasp is a perfect fit for it too.

carl, They certainly did! Purolator handled the package with extreme care it seems, the shipping box wasn't dinged or damaged at all. You know what's funny? Many years of owning Omega watches with this same box and I never knew of that hidden compartment! For sizing the bracelet I still have the tool used on my Planet Ocean that'll get the job done. Enjoying the heck out of this gator strap for the time being though! @baconoir It's by far one of the most comfy watches I've had on my wrist really. The silver dial and the black strap gives it a nice contrast.

Just spent some time playing around with the watch and decided to give the bracelet a try! No need to size it, just move the fine adjustments on the clasp in one more hole. This was done after those pictures below were taken, now it fits perfectly! Wow! I am so glad you posted this, Rommel! When I first got the watch, it had the bracelet on it, but even adjusting it to the last hole in the clasp, it was still too small for me. Otto Friedl, where I got the watch tried to find a proper extra link for it, but to no avail, so I had to set it aside. Now, the watch on the bracelet, is not my favourite combo. However, it is how the watch was originally presented, and the icing on the cake - at least, for me - is that it can now be worn as it was originally. That really makes me very happy indeed! It really is a beautiful bracelet, and gives another option. The bracelet seems to be in mint condition as well. This really makes my day!

Man that's beautiful. What a bunch of good people we have here... We really do! The watch community in general seems to harbor such individuals but this place never fails to amaze me. The fact that I'll be reminded of this with each glance at my wrist is terrific. Wow! I am so glad you posted this, Rommel! When I got the bracelet ready to install I placed it on my wrist and was confident it would be the perfect fit. At this setting it fits exactly like my Rolex and after 5 years of use that bracelet has pretty much zero stretching. That being said I'm also confident this bracelet can provide me a lifetime of use without any issues. It's incredibly sturdy and the clasp stays shut quite well.

I had not heard of the coat hanger S before and it makes perfect sense. This old dog learned a new trick today.

Wow, I had no idea about that either! It's incredible the subtle differences used in dial fonts that can later help identify as the last of a series. From the right angle with some light shining on the dial the second hand casts such a nice shadow onto it. So many little things to appreciate about this piece.
