Yeah, I don't mind the hour and minute hands one bit but the second hand with the lume on the opposite end would take some getting used to for me. Over all though I'm still a fan of this piece. Oh I just noticed the backwards lume on the second hand. Not a fan of that either. Me three - and I'm guessing many of the new owners with easy access to a watchmaker will change those out. I already have a Seiko with that bubble-butt second hand. It's odd but tolerable. For me, it's a chance to own a new turtle. It will be interesting to see the street price.

I wonder if Seiko ever said what their reason was for designing it this way? Maybe just to be different or could there be some alternate use I'm unable to see / think of right now? I hardly pay attention to the second hand in the dark anyway but it's something that would have to grow on me as well. Also interested to know what this watch will cost.

Speaking of Seiko. Just got this in an email from Timeless. Maybe timelessluxwatches can post the streaming link for us? I plan on being there in person.

I just noticed that my friend's GS diver has the backwards lume too.
