Omega Boutique Boxing Day 2018 - Speedy FOIS steel and gold

This FOIS has always been a favorite. I had never seen it in gold before, and the online pics of it are nothing like it is in real life. The steel model is wonderful as well. The LE CK2998 LE with blue dials is completely sold out, I had hoped to see it as well. The gold version is one of the nicest gold sports watches I have seen, so well done and understated:

Seems like the leather strap is a bit lighter - more tan - than previously:

The brown leather on the gold is beautiful. I think I would go for a black strap as well.

It's nice to see you out and about giving a variety of watches a try! Sometimes you never know what you'll end up wanting and even if you don't, at least you'll be sure of it.
