New (to me) Rolex variations

So when I got the BLNR, I was sent a hard bound Rolex catalog as well. Of course this made me drool over the WG Blue Submariner and the RG Yachtmaster, but it also showed me a Day Date variation I had never seen before and a sub line within the DJ models called the Pearlmasters (blinged out DJs). Not my cup of tea, but then again I’m a coffee drinker.

It’s insane how many variations they have, and some of them are just crazy out there.

Luckily, as long as we have rappers and footballers, they will find a home.

And with all the cute nicknames that the Rolex crowd seems to like to give watches, will this one be called The Leprechaun?

I am in no way a Daytona fan.  I just don't see what the big deal is about them; especially since there is no date function, which is something I need.  But . . . I'd make an exception and wear this one on a daily basis.

Man, one of those and you would definitely need a pair of shoes and handbag to match!   Seriously, though, I love the lavender color on the first dial.
