Rolex steals your parts...they will tell you that all parts are sold on an exchange basis, but to me it's theft. They will not give you the option of paying extra and keeping the old parts.
If that's one of the new "in-house" movements, they don't actually service those locally anyway - the entire movement is exchanged if something more than simple regulation is required.

What did they charge for the service? £215.00 that also included return postage. I thought it was a good price.
