Great photos Carl, you actually got to see this one before I did. It reminds me a lot of the F117 Nighthawk, what do you think? Wow! I actually had go Google F117 Nighthawk. I think you are right on the money there! The first image that popped up, I thought "That looks just like the case/bracelet design on the ProPilotX!". Great observation! I don't know how my AD got one so quickly. If I remember correctly, it was last Thursday that the watch was officially announced. It was intuition that actually caused me to go downtown the next day and see if they had one. My heart was pounding on the bus, as I headed down there. I knew somehow that the possibility of them having it was really good, and that if they did, I would likely walk out with it strapped to my wrist. Now, I have worn it all week! Just for interest sake: I played with the watch the first three days, just winding it a bit at a time, just so I could see the power reserve indicator work and see the barrel move as I would it. On the fourth day, I decided to fully wind it up to the 10 day maximum, just to observe the accuracy. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, but I didn't think it would be as good as it is. Now, after 5 days, it is running exactly 25 seconds slow, or -5secs/day. The first couple of days, the power reserve indicator seemed to be quite a bit off, on the slower side, but yesterday it settled it and showed exactly 6 days remaining. Today, almost right on 5 days. Now, I'm not a technical expert, but it seems to me that this kind of accuracy on a brand new watch like this is pretty darn good. I would prefer it to be running on the plus side, but if this accuracy remains consistent I will be pretty happy. The only other watch I have owned with a long power reserve was a Panerai 8-Day. It was pretty good, but not as accurate as this one has been so far. I will be interested to see your feelings about this watch. Cheers, Carl

I edited my response above, to include some observations about the accuracy of the movement, you might find interesting. Cheers. Carl

Just a couple more observations after having the watch for 10 days:
Based on the Calibre 110, it has an Overwind Protection System. I have never seen this recorded anywhere, and thanks to Tim on WatchBox Studios, I found this out when he reviewed the Calibre 114 at Basel 2018
The luminescence has been a pleasant surprise. At first, I did not expect a lot, due to the small markers which do not emit much of a glow. Due to the large hands, however, I find it easy to read the time virtually all night. Without even forcing the glow by holding the watch near a bright light source, it seems to glow all the time.
Accuracy. After 7 days, it is running at -32secs, or -4.57secs/24hrs. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but in my eyes this is more than acceptable. Although I found this morning, after 7 days, that the Power Reserve indicates 3.5 days of power remaining, rather than 3 days. To be honest, I am not really sure how significant this is. The mainspring is actually long enough to run for 12 days, but after the 10 Day run one would not expect much accuracy. The only thing I am not sure about is, should I have continued winding the watch after the indicator showed 10 days, or is the spring actually wound the full 1 days at that point? I have actually noticed the watch getting more accurate. After 24hrs it was at -6secs, and now down to -4.57secs. None of this really concerns me a lot, and I am doing the monitoring mostly for my own interest and to share.
Will be looking forward to the results in 3 days' time, when it hits 10 full days.
Cheers, Carl

Well, the 10 day period was over this morning. The accuracy over the 10 day period was -39secs which is an average of -3.9secs/day or 24 hour period. Not only that, the accuracy continued to improve from the first day. After the first 24 hours, it was -6secs, then a couple days later -5.3secs, the gradually better until this morning. The hairspring is 12 days long, so the watch has been running since this morning, although the power reserve indicator remains at "0" When the indicator reaches "10", the hairspring is fully wound. I am just curious to see how much the accuracy changes after the 10 days, that is between 10-12 days. It is interesting to see how loose the spring is now, part of the beauty of this skeletonised movement.
To be honest, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed 10 days so much!
Cheers, Carl

I can’t wait to see one IRL.
Peter didn’t have one when I visited Charleston last week, and I didn’t see one at Timeless either.

I can’t wait to see one IRL. Peter didn’t have one when I visited Charleston last week, and I didn’t see one at Timeless either. I must have really got lucky. Don’t know how my AD got one so fast. Now they say a month until they get another. I’m really looking forward to reading the Timeless review when they get one.
