I’m no pocket watch expert, but if original, I’d say the dial has definitely been redone with the logo as well as the rest of the dial printing being off center and not well printed. Plus I’ve never seen an “Omega” font like that on the movement used by Omega before. The crown could have easily been damaged and replaced.

The "6" within the seconds sub dial, never seen that before. You'd want to have that dial redone correctly. The hands could be authentic but research that. I have seen that Omega font on the movement on other movements from that time period. The case probably is genuine 14k Omega trench watch. I'd email the pics to Omega and see what they say.
