Found a 1920s omega, unsure if it is genuine

Yesterday i have found this Omega in my late grandfathers house, meaning it's been sitting there for a while now and supposedly belonged to my great grandfather. The serial number suggests that it is from the late 1920's and the case number almost matches that. However, the misalignment and sloppiness of the dial and the metal crown make me think that it is fake or at least tampered with (as in the crown was replaced/stolen while servicing the watch or something similar). I have limited knowledge of watches as old as this one so  i wanted to know what your thoughts are, and if it is worth getting it serviced as i would like to wear it even if it isn't completely genuine.

I’m no pocket watch expert, but if original, I’d say the dial has definitely been redone with the logo as well as the rest of the dial printing being off center and not well printed. Plus I’ve never seen an “Omega” font like that on the movement used by Omega before. The crown could have easily been damaged and replaced.

The "6" within the seconds sub dial, never seen that before. You'd want to have that dial redone correctly. The hands could be authentic but research that. I have seen that Omega font on the movement on other movements from that time period. The case probably is genuine 14k Omega trench watch. I'd email the pics to Omega and see what they say.
