I was fortunate enough to inherit this, but I am not sure what model it is ? Can any one help identify and also tell me approximant value for insurance purposes, I am not looking to sell (Family Heirloom) Thanks, John  |

Welcome. Looks like a very nice watch. Possibly dated around 1950. Post some more photos if you can. The back of the watch at least. Sometimes there's some info between the lugs too, on the side of the case. Gold filled or solid gold? Any boxes or papers with the watch? If you take it to a watchmaker for service they will see the serial # on the movement and the model number on the inside of the case back.
