We are supposed to get fined if we go anywhere that’s not work or grocery store. Makes no damn sense, those activities are massively more dangerous that being out in the nature away from people. You’re lucky to be able to have all that around your house. No cops lol
I can’t even ride my damn motorcycle.

Dang, that’s intense. We’re not under lockdown yet but most everything is closed including local parks and trails. Been binge watching YouTube aircraft videos. Today’s batch was flying boats.

We are told it’s okay to be outside to walk dogs and exercise but you must practice social distancing. Up to $5k fines for failing to comply but not sure how they’d enforce that. I did see that you are not supposed to leave your suburb to do this though. Evidently a lot of the “city” folks have been heading to the burbs and mtns to run/ride since there isn’t as much open land down there.

Here, the problem is - largely due to the good weather - so many folks were out in droves, in groups, not self distancing. We are almost at the point now, where it is going to be as restricted as you folks are. I still feel fortunate, so far, that I can get out and have a good walk every day. Although at one point today, I actually had to walk out into the street because people approaching would not move to the side and the street was the only place I had to move out of the way. I feel for you. It would be agonizing to me if I couldn't get some outdoor activity. At least here I could sit on the front steps!

I subscribe to TheFlightChannel on YouTube. This guy does crazy good simulator animations of real aircraft accidents. It’s basically a digital version of the TV show Mayday (in Canada), or Air Disasters here in US.
