Today, I decided to do a Tribute to my friends Irine Denisevich and Vijay Raniga, at Brinkhaus (now Birks - Brinkhaus) here in Vancouver. They made it possible for me to acquire this gorgeous Patek Philippe Gondolo. At the time, they also designed and made custom jewellery. At the time I got my Gondolo, they had a beautiful yellow gold and Ruby ring, one-of-a-kind which they were offering at almost half price. Coincidentally, although the ring was not made specifically for the watch, or for me, the style replicated the scalloped edges of the Gondolo case, and was also a perfect fit for me! Impossible to pass up on such an opportunity! Even though each day almost feels like a Sunday, I hope you all enjoy your's! Cheers, Carl

I know they’ve been good to you carl and that’s a great post. Just chilling on the back porch with beer #2 after all the yard work today

Ok, representing another square version, budget-friendly style.
Easy like Sunday morning. Lightening the load as social distancing continues. Super lightweight and small but quite capable. I find it to be very comfortable. I love the vintage vibe.

Here it is next to the biggest watch in my entire watch collection, the G-Shock Rangeman. Told ya it is small... You guys keep staying safe and enjoy the rest of the weekend. ~v~

I’m not sure if posting is appropriate but it’s a subdued day here, Karen’s father passed away yesterday evening. Not unexpected but nonetheless it’s still hard for the family.

muckymark - condolences my friend. I know it’s a horrible time for this to happen with the travel and gathering restrictions. We are worried my father will pass during this crisis too. You guys are in our prayers.
