A word of caution when considering an LE like this one, is to get the serial number from the seller, call Omega, and ask them to tell you what reference number that serial number is for. The dials and parts that make these watches LE's can be bought and put on regular Speedmasters, so it's always best to verify that it is an actual LE if you are intent on buying.
There are probably less of this blue dial out there that are frankens then there are of the Mitsukoshi for example - I'm quite sure there are more fankens of that then there ever were of the originals.
