Nice. One says Professional on dial. One doesn't. Why is that? The hands are different too.

Nice. One says Professional on dial. One doesn't. Why is that? The hands are different too. carl can probably explain better. Mine is the current iteration of the original design, aka the original Moonwatch. His is the current iteration of the First Omega in Space, which was worn by Ed White I believe.

priamo On the first Speedy worn in space in 1962, all hands on the subdials were the same. Omega, when it reissued this model, decided to make the hand on the small seconds dial different, in order to stand out from the other two subdials which are used for timing purposes, and not just to tell time. As for the "Professional", I can't explain that one.
