And a little more of the same...

And today, on the anniversary of the Wright brothers first flight at Kitty Hawk, here is an example of contemporary "Pop" music recorded just a year earlier... 😉

The history behind that piece is incredible. It's a shame Breitling doesn't get more credit / recognition for some of their accomplishments in history. They've done a lot for aviation and much more. I'm a very proud Breitling owner and love seeing your collection. Some of these are difficult to find now, especially in this great condition. It's obvious why you've kept some of these for do many years. These all represent an era when Breitling was actually Breitling. Since they've been bought over and added the new logo etc it has only made me appreciate the older / discontinued watches more. Keep these posts coming, I really enjoy them!

The new Chronomat has that bracelet or a version of it rather. The new piece has nothing on this one in my opinion.
I get why they're reissuing discontinued watches that highlight the best achievements of the brand. Every company does it but very few of those reissued pieces capture the soul of these originals.

Those bracelet modules are getting incredibly difficult to find. A very cool feature, especially for the watch pictured above.

Those Aerostars are darn neat. Here's a model I saw that is nice too E65062. Titanium...like this bracelet. The minute hand looks a bit odd at the union with the hour hand. Could be photo.
