This will make someone's day later this evening! Such a great job Seiko did on the dial.

daveathall - those GS’s are a very nice yen/yang set. One of these days I will own a hi-beat myself. rw16610 - she’ll love it. It’s a beautiful shade of blue.

It's really strange and probably blasphemy ya know. The one I enjoy most is the quartz, (did I say that out loud?) it just feels so right on the wrist, the balance and weight is perfect and the accuracy is just astounding, I just love seeing it hit the correct second month after month.

My only quartz is the Aerospace and it’s off at service right now.

Baco Noir She certainly loves it and it's a nice pair with the Citizen mother of pearl dial piece I got last year. daveathall Nothing wrong with that, at all! My Citizen watches are some of my favourites for use, hassle free and the time is always spot on, especially for the atomic one (Skyhawk). It's nice as a collector to appreciate everything. When you have a lot of mechanical watches it's refreshing to have at least one you can leave sitting for many days and not have to wind, set, or worry about accuracy.
