I can hear the waves and feel the sun - should be here on Tuesday! Why? Do I really need another watch? No, but I was tired of waiting on my WG Sub and the other watch I have on order as a memorial to my father. Needed something to scratch the itch!

Congratulations! Glad I was able to put an end to you thinking about whether you should get it or not. I did my job lol. Enabler! Well to be completely honest I texted Chip and asked him to "talk me out of it" and he said he couldn't. I PMed the seller within a couple of minutes and sent the money within 15. Very much an impulse buy for a watch I've looked at for nearly a decade and never pulled the trigger. Of course, silly me made the decision on the Friday before a 3 day weekend, so now I have to be patient!

FedEx isn’t delivering on Monday because since the 4th fell on a Sunday, the US recognizes the holiday day off on Monday! It’s supposed to be here Tuesday before noon.

I need to figure out how to size the strap since it’s on the deployant, and will get some more pics this evening.

Wow, Baco Noir excellent choice! I've got a soft spot for yellow dials and think Breitling did a great job designing this one! It fits very nicely in your collection and you'll enjoy it for many years to come!

I love the deployant too and it has an easy micro adjustment in the clasp which will be great for summer.

Great choice, Roger! Love the yellow dial. A fun, robust watch. Must be the 44mm as it has a WR of 1000m. Well done! Very happy for you. I think this is a great addition to your collection as well. I can see you enjoying this one for many years. Congratulations! Cheers, Carl

Cheers, Carl I had been toying with the idea of getting a Sinn U1 on a rubber strap for a long time, but I saw this and had also been looking at it for a similar amount of time. The rubber strap helps with a big top heavy watch like this and the micro-adjustment in the clasp is much appreciated. I got such a great deal on this BNIB it made the choice of this or the U1 and easy decision.

Wowzers! That’s yellow!
I kinda like it. 👍🏻
Is the second hand orange or red tipped?
