I really like that one.....with the power reserve & 24hr hand, too. Would definitely look better with the crown at 3 o'clock vs 4 though. I normally don't mind the crown at 4, but it looks weird to me on this one. Is there any particular reason Seiko likes to put the lume dot on the backside of the second hand?

indeed very nice model.. Its not strange that alot of people that own Rolex Subs and this say that the SEIKO is better built... 5 people work to finish 1 piece..

although i dont think Omegas are bad watches, i dont think they can reach the quality of a Rolex or a japan automatic Seiko.. I have emailed Seiya a few days ago and i told him that if he can get me an SNR005 for less than 2000 USD , i will get it ! He has a lot of connects over there. I know they sell for more than 3500 in the states but seyia can get very good prices. have you read what alot of people that bought them have to say? they are all pleased and stunned by the finish and the movement of the watch. Sweeping seconds they say its totaly silent too

I'll be interested to see if you can get on for that price. That would be much more reasonable than $3.5K.

i think it would be hard to get it at that price range but its worth a try... If not we will just have to wait and see when Seiko can have them made by machines and not 5 hard working people I like the fact that 5 people have been working to make my watch but i dont want to pay them 700$ each

LOL Sam, I'd own alot more Seikos if they'd just put the crown in the right place, I hate that Sh-t.

I do really like some of those Springdrives I've been seeing, but my next Seiko is the GS. Its a must have. Now that I own the Spirit and really see what a true Japan automatic is, I really respect Seiko more then ever. That GS is mine.
