Hey JJ, Is it my imagination or do the SELs appear to extend past the lugs on the YM.

It's not your imagination Mike....they do extend past the lugs. Not sure why Rolex did that.

Hey JJ, Is it my imagination or do the SELs appear to extend past the lugs on the YM. Good observation, Mike. Yes, the lugs on the YM are 'different' from the other sports model. They seem shorter and less extended as compared with the Subs, etc. JJ

What's the reasoning between the different shape lugs? Wonder why Rolex didn't make new SELs that matched up with the lugs.

When I tried one on my impression was that the watch had a bit of a lower profile. Don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not.

Yes, the YM is sleeker and dressier than any of the other sports Rolex models. Slips in nicely under the cuffs. This might help...

Cool JJ!! Great table!! Yes, and pretty darn accurate too. I've actually weighed my watches (I always do! ), and the Exp-II does weigh in at 126 grams and my TT YM does weigh in at 146 grams....surprisingly the SAME as the SS/Pt. YM. Remember, all these weights are taken with original number of links - no additions or removals!

Hi JJ, Weird.. i can't find this YM on the rolex site. I only see white, grey, and gold dials.. The one you have is the one i like most.. (i prefer darker dials)
