Went to the AD this evening and was just casually looking at Rollies. My wife says, "that one is interesting". I was like, "what the hell is that?" Guess what it was....a BRAND NEW old stock Oyster Quartz!! I can't believe I had never noticed it  I LOVED IT!! They've had the watch since they were discontinued. No one wants it! She said they would take any reasonable offer. It's listed at $3900 but I bet one could get it for $2800 or even less, BRAND NEW!! It was all Tam and I could do to drag out sorry broke watch addicted butts outta there. I WANT THAT WATCH  |

$3900 list, so it must be a 17014 stainless with Jubilee bracelet and white gold bezel. Nice find.  |

Nice find Bruce - I woudn't have thought that there was many (if any) NOS Oysterquartz left in any AD's - must have taken some resolve to walk away! What colour of dial was it? Here's a photo of my 17014  Post some pics when you do go back and buy it! Regards - Neil. |
