Just got this Today yes its quartz and I don't care look at these features.
Sapphire Crystal, All Solid SS Case and Barcelet (no hollow links here), SEL, Sapphire in Crown, Screwdown Caseback, Quickset Date, Water Resisant to 100M, Double Pushbutton Clasp, and the best EB dial I've ever seen on any Seiko.

Thanks Sam its awesome I wasn't sure at first but when I held it in my hand whoa its the nicest Seiko I've ever owned.

When I get a good deal I always buy two, its the OCD in me.

Oh yea head over to the sales forum, I hear theres some REALLY good deals there right now and hey they might get better.

Sam.. you are right! very reminiscenmt of the TAG.. looks nice.. not sure aboutthe blue bit on the crown though..
watches are like buses.. you dont see one for ages.. and when they finally arrive, they arrive in two's!

More like the Tag 2000 series than the Kirium series but yes similar. Hey I know lots of guys here who have the same watch by a different maker. Take for example Sam hes Mr. diver diver diver infact I think his whole collection is divers. ;D Not that thats a bad thing.

There are so many watches to own and want after and yes some of mine do look alike but some are also very different.

Mamas the sapphire in the crown looks great in person and is hardly noticeable unless you really look hard, it just kinda stands out in the photo, wearing it you don't even see it.

The Seiko got lot of great features but to me it looks like the TAG is better finished

I suppose the price isn't exactly the same.

Actually it looks more like the Tag 2000 exclusive series and no the price is not quite the same.

Now that pic of your Tag looks REAL familiar to me, infact thats MY pic of a watch I sold to a gentlemen named Chuck.

Quite explain why I thought the watches looked such similars it's because pics are taken by the same photographer
