When do we considder watches vintage?
And for example Rolex, they produce now watches with larger cases. Are the ''older'' cased Rolex watches now catagorised as vintage?

I am no expert on the true definition of Vintage so it's hard for me to answer.
I would say that tritium dialed models or older would fit in that category or models that are 20 years or older.

I have considered this question for many years. In most 'antique' circles vintage/antique is 100 yrs. Not so practical for wristwatches that only started in 1910. To me prior 1950 is vintage. To most others especially Rolex people I think before 1970/75
Thats my take on it Regards

Plexiglass is as good a guide as any I've found. For Rolex models this is pre early 80's.
Others say tritium - fazed out circa late 90's and some use the old 25+ years old approach.
They're all good.
