Those rules are in effect as of March 4, 2013.
WristWatch Forums has no control over the authenticity or quality of the items advertised by the sellers, the accuracy of description, the ability of sellers to deliver or the ability of the buyer to pay for items.
WristWatch Forums accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any transaction or purchase made between any parties as a result of any postings made on any WristWatch Forums board.
The Market is intended for individual sellers and buyers.
Posts by dealers or business or posts that have a link to a business require approval from the administrator (username : admin). Dealer posts created without prior approval are not permitted and will be deleted.
Any non genuine, fakes or replica watches or goods are not allowed on WristWatch Forums. The posting will be immediately removed and might result in a permanent ban.
Each post must meet the following criteria:
1. Clear Photos of the actual item being listed and all else that is included in the sale.
2. An item description that is clear enough as to provide sufficient information to the prospective buyers.
3. One item per listing. For example, if you are selling more than one watch, create a thread for each watch.
4. Include what you are selling in the title of the post.
5. If something is not original to the watch, such as an aftermarket bezel or dial, must be disclosed.
6. A price. The price may be lowered at the discretion of the seller, but it may not be raised.
A few more things that you need to know:
1. You are allowed to bump your thread once every 24 hours if needed.
2. Once the item is sold, either here or somewhere else, please take the time to mark it as sold.
3. All price negotiations should take place via PM. All negotiations that take place in the open or as a reply to the original post will be removed.
WristWatch Forums is not responsible for items bought or sold in the Market forum. Buy and sell at your own risk and remember that while most people are honest, this is the internet. The item you are buying is only as good as the seller. If in doubt, walk away.
