Beautiful, absolutely beautiful watches.
To me, the Red Sub might just be the best looking sport watch Rolex has ever produced. I love everything about it.
Thank you for posting Roscoe, I really enjoyed seeing them.

Hey Chip brother!! Check out how thin the crown guards are on my old one. The new one makes my first look like a beat up junker!!!
I am going to just put the 1970 away and keep on wearing my 1972. Now that I have better condition and older version I don't feel as bad knocking around the polished one.
I haven't had any time for forums lately. I hunted hard this winter and work has been constant solid packed 6 day a week nightmare.

Man I still wish that one day I will make it your way and check out your shop.
Thanks for pointing out the crown guards. I would have never noticed otherwise!
I really like the faded bezel look.

Man, you get to see and own some great stuff Roscoe! I'd love to see some of these vintage beauties in person, but I guess I'll have to live vicariously through you and others via the internet for now.

Yeah that stainless and White Gold came all the way from 1994 with it's papers and box. Fun to get them like that,

Maybe that's what I need for my next watch. A nice, clean DJ or an older DD.

Maybe that's what I need for my next watch. A nice, clean DJ or an older DD. Funny, that's the one that caught my eye to. Clean easy to read dial with romans and a jubilee bracelet.

Yeah I honestly think that there is room for a DJ in every collection.
I kinda want a DD though but I want it in RG. WAY out of my league and then some.

Man a Rose DD with plastic crystal is the BOMB!!!!!
Hard to get though, The bracelet alone is worth more than a yellow one head and full links,

Nice score Roscoe!
Nothing wrong with your old one mate, but the new one is a beauty too. Definitely a keeper.
Great to see you here.
