Damn Roscoe it can't be that hard to find a dial for that watch but I'll tell you, I've been looking high and low and honestly I can't find sh*t

Told you. It is much easier to find a Rolex dial than a Tudor dial.
I think I found the sweep seconds wheel though.
A "best fit" chart says that the fef 350 is the same base movement as the tudor 390. So even though the Tudor modified movement is larger the gear train should be the same.
I found a whole fef 350 for $25 including shipping.

Looks like the parts will fit. Pressure tested the case at the watchmakers house with the tropic 39 and it passed.
Hope to have it all back together by this Friday.

Yeah BOY!!!!!
Today along comes a awesome watch.
Another 1966 Tudor Submariner.
This one is in great shape.
Better chamfer, The right dial and running pretty good so maybe we wont need any parts just a service.
Also got the first one back and Steve was right. I need a different dial. Service dial won't cut it.
Anyway here are the pics.

I love it Roscoe, that 39 is killer! Yup, if you're gonna use the service dial on that other Tudor I believe you should at least change the hands. But...that new 7928 is beautiful!
