Pffft, I don't really care about a fancy box that adds $500+ to the cost of buying the watch. Give me cardboard with the shiny veneer, a company logo, and a pillow inside that the watch sits on. I want the watch, not the box! I can go for that too. Sent using Tapatalk Pro on Samsung Galaxy S5

I want the watch, not the box! When I think of how my boxes all just sit there in the safe essentially this becomes more clear. My guess is you wont be interested in this one here either then From - thepurists.net From - tp178.com This is the actual box: From - tp178.com For some watches it makes more sense than others to me. Back in the day apparently a lot of people just bought the watch and threw the boxes away from what I heard.

rw16610 - That Kremlin UN is sweet and the presentation box is so fitting! I'd love to own a nice cloisonne dial watch someday.

That Faberge egg is probably a small fortune in itself.

Nice gift at Easter It truly would be! I've never seen anything else come packaged like this. rw16610 - That Kremlin UN is sweet and the presentation box is so fitting! I'd love to own a nice cloisonne dial watch someday. Same! You know, I was near downtown Toronto today and it stimulated my desire for high watch making. Considering what the Maxi Marine Divers go for preowned it seems like a nice gateway piece: www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_odkw=ulysse+nardin+diver&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR5.TRC1.A0.H0.Xulysse+nardin+maxi+marine+diver&_nkw=ulysse+nardin+maxi+marine+diver&_sacat=0You totally need a watch with the cloisonne dial some day! This represents the finest of all watchmaking! That Faberge egg is probably a small fortune in itself. I'll have to agree with that! MSRP of $148,000.00 selling for $122,840.00 (17% discount) makes me think that egg alone could be worth a cool $20,000.00 if not more for some reason! Seeing over the top pieces like this really make me want to fork out the $4,000.00 USD for a used Maxi Marine Diver as my next watch
