You're making me want a Panerai! Love the look of that crystal and superb photography as always, Chip.

I even got Baco Noir to somewhat like it, and he's never really had interest in the brand before. They look really cool in person and wear extremely well.

Beautiful! Browsing PAMs I saw that the 1950 Luminor PAM 523 also has the jump hour feature. Is that common to all the P9000 caliber watches?

Baco Noir mine is a p3001, which is a p3000 with a power reserve. Same basic in house double barrel. The 9000 is an automatic movement but similar to the 3000 otherwise, the 9001 has the PR on back.

I know you don't like the shorter GMT hand Baco Noir but this thing is a beauty and it ticks every box in my GMT book. It's also 44mm so a more manageable size, while maintaining the desirable 1950 style case. Also... 10 whopping days power reserve!

For less money, they offer the in 8 days and three days movements as well.
The 8 and 3 lack the 24 hours day night hand and AM PM indicator.
