I am new to this forum, but would like to see what some people have to say, if you were to be stranded on an island, what two watch brands would you take with you? And why!?

Welcome to the forum.
I'd take a Seiko and a Rolex, and that's because I truly believe nobody else makes a watch that can take the abuse those brands can take.

I guess a solar casio g-shock would be an excellent choice as well.

Welcome to the forum! These are fun questions. For me it'd be:
Breitling Emergency (for rescue of course), and
G-Shock (solar, tide chart, and compass) in case the Emergency ran out of juice before the rescue came.

G-shock and a Rolex Deepsea. The Deepsea because it can handle anything and the G-shock to make sure the Deepsea's time stays accurate. Lol

Assuming it's for a long time and it's watches in the current collection. I'd take my SKX007 because it can take a beating and my Tag Aquaracer because it would remind me of my wife who gave it to me. If it's any watch then I'd sub a solar powered G-shock with tide and moon phase for the 007.
