Not to me. A cracked crystal can be replaced, but that beat up case would be hard to restore considering how thin the watch is to start with.

Another pass for me with the corroded hands. Looks like a very old model and new hands may not be available in Cartier.

Not for something as uncommon as that - I'd have to research it. Your best bet is to find the model number and then search sold items on eBay to get an idea on price.
