I’ve always liked Ball but never quite found one that ticked all the boxes for me. They are doing a pre-order right now on the Ball Engineer Legend III at close to 50% off - 3 size options, 3 dial color choices on each, 4 lume color choices on each, bracelet/strap choice and each is a LE of 1000. Now, that’s pretty cool in my book! shop.ballwatch.ch/legend?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIkK_Zy9j11wIVDBmBCh2DtAzmEAAYASAAEgJaAPD_BwEI kind of like the 43 mm version in blue with blue lume on SS bracelet at $899.

That's the one I was just looking at right now.

That really is a cool deal.I have always "kind of liked" Ball models, but these are damn nice. With the ETA movement, would be easy to get serviced. Great to have a choice of lume colors as well. Although, warranty service, if needed, would have to be shipped back to Ball.
40mm black dial would be the one for me. With yellow lume.
Have to think on this for a while, but not too long. I can't be as impulsive as I once was, ending up with watches stuck in a drawer for months on end. The Tudor BB36 has really been great for that, in terms of a tool type watch, for every day wear. Every time I see a watch like this, I compare it to the Tudor.

I’d have to take off the cyclops.

I like the silver dial 40mm with blue lume. I can even get my lucky numbers. The only thing thats stopping me is the block numerals. I get they have to be that way because of the tubes but if these were available with straight indices only it would be hard to resist adding one...

I’d have to take off the cyclops. Some photos it’s round and others it’s flat on top and bottom like Rolex. The round doesn’t work for me

That's a very decent watch for the money. I like the hour markers and numbers, the way they formed them.
