Bremont Broadsword on funky Swami Leather Strap from Micah at Vintager Watch Straps. Loved this strap soon as I saw it: "Swami is one of the toughest looking but most comfortable straps here. It's rich dark green leather has a roughed up finish that adds a ton of character, yet it remains smooth and supple when worn. It accentuates your beautiful watches with a rugged look and somehow only adds to their style." I have to agree with Micah's description! Happy Friday and great weekend to you all! Cheers, Carl

Still working on the veggie beds. A change in dimensions left me short one 4X4. Should finish up next week. Now relaxing with some August weekday playoff hockey. A sentence that seems quite odd...

What are your long and short side dimensions on those boxes? Looks like they may be 3’ x 6’? Using rough cut yellow cedar(cypress) these are 6’x4’. I’ll be adding another set of boards next week to make them 20” high. I may add a top frame of smooth 2x4’s to finish them off.

Consider adding a 2x4 in the mike of the long side to screw the sides too. The deeper they get, the more likely the soil pressure will eventually push the sides out from what I read. Ours are 3x6 and we used left over 4x4s in the middle but 2x4s would have been fine.
