Never heard of this micro brand before, but saw this on Hodinkee and the design elements caught my eye! Reminds me of some of the retro Seiko releases from about 3-4 years back. I had a green dial one but I don’t recall the model name.

muckymark Agreed, it's a unique design that seems to work. I like that the dial remained round with the square shaped case. Baco Noir I did a quick Google search but only came up with a few of these in the mix.

Man oh man, Seiko has so many amazing watches, both vintage and modern. I can't recall when you had it and for some reason didn't realize those watches were even a thing.
I would take a Seiko over any micro brand not just for the heritage, but for parts availability and ease of service years down the road.

Man oh man, Seiko has so many amazing watches, both vintage and modern. I can't recall when you had it and for some reason didn't realize those watches were even a thing. I would take a Seiko over any micro brand not just for the heritage, but for parts availability and ease of service years down the road. I let that one go due to lack of lume and no screw down crown. I did dig the vintage vibe though.
