Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000GD-1JF Mineral glass. If you insist on sapphire for this style, price for those models quite a bit higher. Even the $700 range for this style has mineral. 10 on chrono24 basically $350 range. Made in Japan.

It’s a beast on the wrist and I let it go because it was super heavy for a G-shock.

That's a nice watch! I get why some have entire collections focused on different G-Shock watches.

Some people love the Ti GShocks - I can’t bring myself to send $2k on a GShock.

The lowest price GShock new titan I've seen, and posted in deals before is the printed cicuit board GMWB5000TCC1. On GShock USA and chrono24 for around $1080 (40% off - was $1440 in Feb., MSRP $1800). I'm not in the market for a new watch, this one is busy, but I do like it. The design concept is the circuits of the actual 3459 module in the watch.
