Advice please! I want to treat her rotten (as in - really good) but - she is more into 'style' than 'bling' if you know what I mean. If it's any help she has a TT Seiko with 'gold' face. She wants a 'date' complication.
What do you reckon are the options? I was looking at lady oyster's of somekind for a start,
Cheers,

Martyn if she wants a true lady size watch, I think the lady date just is about the only choice. I don't have any experience buying them because my wife likes gents size watches I think they cost about as much as a gents DJ though, and more if you do the diamond thing.

I know that we are on the Rolex forum, but for the money it will be hard to beat the ladies Aqua Terra. (if she wants a self winding movment) And if you want to keep it TT...

A TT ladies Datejust with new style jubilee lists for $5950. If you can find one on the old style jubilee, you can save about a grand.....that lists for $4650. If you shop around, you should be able to get at least a 10% discount if not 15-20%. The ladies Aqua Terra is a nice watch, but if you want to get her a Rolex the AT isn't a Rolex. You could pick up a TT Aqua Terra for $2000 or less. I know this is in USD, but might still help you in some way or another.

I would forgo the ladies-sized Rolex watches and look at the men's mid-size.
Look at a rolesium or even a TT Yachtmaster in mid-size or a 15223, which is a TT Oyster Date.

Most of the women I know all seem to love the all gold DJ on the Jubilee and with diamonds its even better. You can never go wrong with gold and diamonds for the lady.

if you are dead set on a rolex, then the lady datejust is the logical solution.. but i would strongly consider Sams suggestion of a TT omega AT mamas

I really appreciate all the replies here. I'll definately take a look at the Omega AT as well as Rolex DJ - I think the diamonds would be o.t.t. fro her though - she wants a daily wearer.
It will be a little while before the purchase, but I hope in time for the christmas stocking.
Cheers
