Does that thread title make any sense?? Guess not!! Here, take a look at this picture... - the second hand is right on top. - followed by the long minute hand. - then comes the 24-hour RED hand. - finally the hour hand with the Mercedes star. LOL!!

Worth mentioning, the EXPII 1655 goes in the following order: - Second hand - Minute - Hour - 24hr My theory is that it has to do with the 24hr hand being fixed to the hour hand on the 1655.

Great shots guys! I do remember the bad paint job on my Exp II! That's why you buy the black dial EXP II....it doesn't have that problem. Sorry...had to say it before Johnny did.

Actually in the old GMT Masters (and probably Explorers too) the red gmt hand is on bottom. At least that's the case with my friend's GMT Master.
