I have contact with teenagers in the course of my hobby and none of them wear, or even own, a watch, relying instead on the clock in their mobile phones. What is the situation re watches/teenagers with other members?

To many, the mobile phone is the new watch! I know a lot of people that refuse to wear a watch simply because the mobile phone does that already.

it really depends on how the teenager views themselves, i wear a watch every day as more of a fashion statement than to just tell the time, watches draw a lot of attention from people if it is something different than the usual watches and some teenagers like myself like that i guess
