Accuracy, or lack of it, has many determining factors. Any and all watches can be off. It could be as easy as having the watch adjusted to as complicated as having worn parts. When was the watch last serviced?

Losing a minute a week is excellent for a mechanical watch. A watch regulated to COSC specs gains or loses 6 seconds (or less) a day. So if you're losing 60 seconds (one minute a week) it's 10 seconds a day. Not bad at all
